Shamanic counselling is a beautiful and creative process that helps you work though any life challenges you wish to explore. The possibilities are endless you might have creative block or something is holding you back from exploring a new project, you may have difficulties forming new relationships or you just might feel a little lost and need to find your path. The beauty in this process is that the answers all lie within just waiting to reveal themselves to you. I am a firm believer in the empowerment of self healing and I am a firm believer that we are all capable of self healing. My role in all of this is to guide and support you through the process. It is my honour.

You will be guided into the trance state of the shamanic journey to connect with your inner wisdom and from there I will support you through the explorative process

We will begin with learning the life long skill of the Shamanic journey, a practice used for thousands of years that achieves a trance like state through rhythmic drumming.

The purpose is to connect with your inner guides in search of guidance and wisdom. There are 6 sessions involved in the process and in each session will have a specific purpose.

The whole experience will be held in harmonious ceremony as we work in the liminal space with your intention over the threshold to completion. Such a rites of passage is also a time for nurture and you will be supported to do so throughout. On completion you will leave with essential tools that you can use yourself going forwards.
